I thought of this set as Captain Redbeard’s old tavern, before the Barracuda Bay 21322 even existed. On the ground floor there is a harbor for ship repairs, on the first floor the tavern, on the second an arsenal equipped with a cannon and at the top a crane. In the way of building it and in the choice of pieces, I took the 90s as a model.
Size: Width 12.7 cm (16 studs), Length 25.4 cm (32 studs), Height 35 cm (up to the flag).
The inventory does not contain minifigs, some animals and little accessories. In model built for me, I replaced the colors of some pieces following my taste, while the pieces of the inventory refer to those that can be seen in the rendering pictures.
