.I would like to present my second modular building. I built it just like the old English townhouse in the first Lockdown 2020 and have only now rebuilt it in Studio.

.I used Detective Office #10246 as the basis, but it is quite plain in my eyes. So I thought that you could build a much nicer modular building from the prints and that’s how The Highlander Pub came into being.
On the ground floor there is a large bar, lots of seating like in a real pool bar, and of course a pool table. A small toilet is also integrated. The lettering was my biggest challenge but I am very happy with the result.
On the first floor is Ace Brickman’s detective agency, which can be reached via a separate entrance. I was able to use many parts from #10246 here, such as the windows with the logo “Ace Brickman”.
On the second floor there is a small flat with a bathroom, which can also be reached via the staircase. Just like on the first floor, a wall can be removed here to have a better view of the furnishings and to increase the play value.
The roof can also be reached via the staircase. On the roof itself are air conditioning and ventilation systems for the building itself as well as two large water tanks.
The building is built on a 32×32 base plate and is 35 cm high.
