General policy

These are medievalbrick’s standard returns policy, which only applies to products purchased directly from the medievalbrick website.
All products may be requested for return authorisation under the Returns Guarantee.
All returns must require a return authorisation.

The package has been received for more than 2 months.
Products that are not eligible for return and will be returned to you at your cost and expense when received:
Any product not purchased from medievalbrick.
Any product without a valid, legible serial number, including but not limited to products with a missing, damaged, altered or otherwise illegible serial number.
Any product returned without all original packaging and accessories, including retail packaging, manuals, cables and any other items originally supplied with the product.
Any product that has had the postcode removed from the packaging.
Any product that has physical damage.
Any product for which you have submitted a mail-in rebate.

The RMA process & three simple steps:
1. get RMA approval after submitting an RMA request at :service@medievalbrick.com. The RMA request should include the following information: Order number, SKU, the reason for returning and mailing pictures, the choice of replacement or refund money and other related concerns.

2. send the returned goods after you have received the RMA authorisation.
Please note that the returned item must be with original packaging, accessories and shipping address from service@medievalbrick.com customer service centre along with the RMA authorisation after shipping.
Note: Please provide the tracking number for the return. Medievalbrick.com is not responsible for missing returns.

3. get the replacement or refund.
medievalbrick will arrange for reshipment or refund upon receipt of your return package within 1-3 business days.Any product without a valid, legible serial number, including but not limited to products with a missing, damaged, altered or otherwise illegible serial number.
