Medieval Pirate Ghost Ship Building Blocks MOC

As promised a second review of this mighty ship after filming with it.
Quite sturdy, could move it about ok, just a few of the technic type bits on the masts would fall off as a little loose.
The build is long but ok. A few extra plates could have been used in the base of the main mast level to strengthen it.
If you watch the video the ship does look cool, especially when you add a few pirates!
All in all a nice set to add to any pirate collection.

This set is nearly 3 times bigger than the "other" one!
Has 3000 pieces.
A nice build but does take time as a lot of parts to sort through.
This is the first film including a time lapse building.
Comes to bits so you can see all the inside of the ship and all those canons!
So will update after have had a little longer with her, and a chance to film with with this mighty vessel.
All the parts were present and the instructions on a USB stick.
Hard to see the plans sometimes but you can just work it out.

It is not easy to give the final score. Sets and MOCs can be judged at many different levels; How good the architecture is, whether it has hidden functions, whether the box is beautiful, whether the price is too high, and how playable it is.

Although there are gaps and problems in several aspects, it is a good collection in general.

Can it be improved? yes! But have you ever done a set of things you think, oh my god... this is the perfect way? Come on, even Pirates of the Caribbean: The curse of Black Pearl can be improved (perfect).
Question? All structural problems are really not that big and can't be solved. Even an 8-year-old child can find a way to add several boards here and there to get better support. And sails? Spending an interesting afternoon with paper and scissors may have wonderful effects in this area. Some of our "ship enthusiasts" can go further and use these paper templates to make a really beautiful set of cotton sails. No torso as a puppet? Are you really saying that this is a deal breaker, and you don't have a spare black torso somewhere?

Price: The price of each 250 dollars is 9 cents. Anything less than 10 cents is worth the price. These parts are not original Lego building blocks, which is true, but they are compatible with them and of surprisingly good quality.

Honest question: imagine you are a child, and your father asks you:

"Son, you'd rather have this cool pirate ship. It's not Lego, but it really looks like one and is compatible with other suits you own, or you'd rather have nothing this year because Lego doesn't release pirate ships (let alone such a big one)?"

I'll say yes! And what about you?

This pirate ship is not produced by Lego, but the quality of bricks exceeds my expectations. Generally speaking, it is good, and the transportation is not damaged. I heard that the designer has optimized the product instructions. I am not sure what problems exist in the previous instructions, but the optimized instructions are OK, and the assembly process is not very difficult.

The build was fun and the quality of the bricks weren't all that bad.This was a gift for our daughter.
